Iam impressed with the Service department, if your on time Service is on time.Never experienced no more than 5 minutes upon arriving they were in my Vehicle pulling it in.Honesty,Integrity you can Trust.And the Personality of Staff puts the Final touches on.

As always everyone involved is courteous & helpful. I love that I don't have to miss work for things like oil changes & inspection because they are open on Saturdays. They always take the time to answer my questions & alert me to any work that may need to be done soon. Like brakes or air filters. That gives me time to prepare for the added expense. I know I can trust them to take care of any problems I may be having.
Elise, our salesperson, was excellent! This was the second car/truck that she helped us find. She's very responsive and sincere. Great experience! Steve, who closed the deal, was super friendly and honest. This is our 3rd car/truck from Romeo- super happy!

In April 2020 I bought a Silverado RST during covid. Both Jonah and John were great to deal with and made everything so easy during a weird time. Last month I was in a terrible car accident where I was hit In the rear at 60 mph. I made it out banged up and bruised but the truck was totaled. Once we got the ok from the insurance company I called Jonah and he was very sincere in asking how I was and he would immediately put me with a salesperson. Claire called within minutes asked how I was feeling and we made an appt for Saturday. With the pain I���m in I couldn���t sit there long hammering out the deal and I didn���t have to. They made the process so easy and was able to close on it the following Wednesday. They kept in mind that I can���t sit or stand for very long and got me out of there quickly, in about a half hour. They were all very nice and I will never go to another dealer because the treatment and sincerity they afforded me was wonderful I can���t thank they enough.
