The service team did an outstanding job could not be happy!! The next day we received a Email from you saying if we were to buy a new vehicle by the end of the month we would receive the cost of the service off the price of the new vehicle, we’ll come to find out this is not true!! The Email is very misleading, this is not against my vehicle salesman, it is against management!!! Hope to hear back from management soon!!

I had brought my car in to be checked because I thought there might have been something up with the acceleration. I also got new tires however the place where I got them from did not balance them properly so I needed that sorted out. Thankfully the mechanic (tech) who worked on my car found nothing wrong with the acceleration and he also balanced my tires properly. I am relieved because I noticed he had worked on my car before so I thanked him and told him because I had recognized that he had worked on my car before that I trust he had done an excellent and thorough job with my car. I am very grateful that my tires are now properly balanced as now I can enjoy driving again without any worries. I am also grateful that my car is still in such condition. I know I stay on top of everything so I keep my car so well maintained. It’s also thanks to the good service team and the mechanics (techs) that my car is kept in the good condition she is in. Thank you. I will continue to bring my car when I need to and if and when the time comes that I need a new car I will also check with You (Romeo) first to see what cars are available and such. I love my GMC Terrain so I am certain I will stick with that and would want a new one. Thank you.

Truck developed a metal on metal noise coming from the engine. Called service department and they were able to schedule service for the following day. Determined that the starter failed and needed to be replaced. Covered under warranty as truck only has 13000 miles on it

We brought our Equinox in for it's first 7500 mile check up which meant tires are rotated. We had a concern of some type of liner around the interior of the windshield that had become unseated needed to be pushed in or reset. The servicing lasted 1 1/2 hours and at the end the unseated liner was exactly as it was, and when we got home the tire sensor monitor light came on as the tech also forgot to reset the sensor. It added over an hour to my day as we live a half hour away.

My GMC 2022 Sierra 1500 has 32000 miles on it. I came in for a rear brake pad indicator light. I was told the rear brake pads were shot. It was in disbelief, front brakes showed 83% life expectancy. I asked to see both pads and was only showed one. I was told this is common because of the material they make the brake pads out of. I live in NJ and I buy my vehicles there but I know I was just hosed on this service call. Either the front pads aren’t working, which I believe 83% life is probably correct, or the rear caliper is malfunctioning which no one mentioned.

I had a 2:00 appointment for a simple oil change and my car did not go into the shop until after 3:30. I made appointment to avoid the wait. I bought my car there, have had it serviced there and assumed my service slot would be honored.

The layout of the entry to the service area is confusing. You bring your car in and there is no one at the desk to greet you. Instead you see three people in offices, all with their chairs turned away from you. You just stand there wondering who to contact. It is not very welcoming.
